Theoretically, there's a perfect crypto governance - no governance at all In reality, though, there's a spectrum, and different governance system and approaches will be appropriate for different communities https://polynya.mirror.xyz/VAmUYGENEVgVCrmbSjhHQvM0P5wxS84lpAn8ye4dfFY

Liquity is well known for having no governance, and being immutable.

Liquity is a great example of a project that needed *some* governance on the spectrum, but they went and as a result the protocol is suffering from endemic flaws with no ways of fixing them. I'll suggest, though, that the LQTY tokenholders should launch a Liquity V2 with better mechanics, similar to Uniswap.

Keen to hear which improvements you’d like to see. A v2 is in the making.
