Keep it up it gets SO GREAT; after a major csr accident broke my face at 26, I naturally fell out of habit at the gym...but 4yrs ago at 38 I joined Planet Fitness & started EVERY day, but start easy dont push so hard you couldn't return the next day. My point? I thought running would cause pains, BUT push through ALL of it & the other side is SWEET. NO backpain, NO crinked necks in morning, NO more insomnia (not a ton,but I'll take a little sleep over none,hehe)
