Don't make it a big thing either; 1 set of 10 reps at your max weight (amt. of weight it takes to burn out on rep 10) on one muscle area or machine! IMMEDIATELY drop down for 10 more reps for a total of 20 reps per muscle, I do 3 machines, treadmill always last, walk 1 mile minimum! Year 1 I actually DID 3-4mi EVERY day- I missed 12 days in 2023! Use music or it's the most boring thing on 🌎 In & out under 45min!
