I use a 100% coco-soy blend in my products, which makes it good for the environment but it causes frosting. I can add paraffin wax to prevent frosting, but paraffin is essentially plastic. Should I have a candle that is pretty but bad for the environment, or ugly and good for the environment?

If you are selling on price, your extra cost will move you above completion. If you are selling on sustainability then the extra work is worth it. Mainly because your clientele will pay a little more to buy a sustainable product.
