Doing the work β€οΈβπ₯ For the past 7 months, I've been doing 16/18-hour fasts and eating once a day. Protein, fruits, grains, and fast-absorbing carbs. Feeling great, full of energy all day. Now aiming to build muscle, I started eating twice a day but struggling with energy dips. Need to optimize this. Plus, cooking and eating take up a lot of time π₯²
