I just want everyone to know that so far my 30's have been infinitely better than my twenties. It's not even close.

My 60s are going fine, but, ngl, life is getting more physically difficult. I can't party like I used to and recovery takes much longer. I'm still trying though.

100% facts, I was so concerned that it would all just end but nope. Way better. Even with a kid, ppl tell you, you can’t travel or do this or that but I’ve logged 20 flights, over 30k miles with my kid & I still have more this year 😂

My 30s were better than my 20s for sure. I'm only a couple years into my 40s and I'm thinking it's gonna be even better? Can't tell yet, sort of a mixed bag so far but the promise is there. More ibuprofen needed tho.
