For sapporo, if you like mutton, I recommend trying Genghis Khan (Mongolian BBQ)🐑 If you visit until early August, the sea urchin (uni) is also good. Triton, a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, is casual and delicious🍣 Soup curry and ramen are also local specialties🍜🍛
