It’s nice how the most famous US lawyers in crypto talk about everything outside the United States as a “cottage industry” and say all the reasons to incorporate elsewhere are “nonsense”. (I know they do have a point, but have some humility and respect.)

Tbf, they are saying U.S. projects offshoring for regulatory (non-tax) reasons but keeping operations onshore and trying to use convoluted corporate structures for regulatory arbitrage reasons are nonsense. Not that being non-U.S. based is nonsense.
