Anyone on here use binaural noise to help concentrate? If so, any opinions about brown vs. white vs. green (or any other color) noise? I had been particularly partial to this brown noise sample: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Irh_rqw8yUs&t=25206s&pp=ygUUYmluYXVyYWwgYnJvd24gbm9pc2U%3D But over the past week, I have been using this green noise sample from the same YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KwfODCCs_TY From what I can tell, the green noise sounds a little lighter, slightly higher pitched. But, honestly, it's hard to describe the differences. I'm curious if anyone has any similar experiences or thoughts on which is better for what?

I tend to use brown when I need deep focus; ambient music when I know I’ll reach flow. Now I’ll have to test green to see if I notice any difference w the brown.
