It is already Amazon’s business model if you think about it. They incentivize inner market competition and then acquire the winner. 

However this leads to equity dilution etc, RPGF has no lock in, no acquisition, just retroactive rewarding

How long until retroPGF becomes some group/company/person’s default business model?

How many people vote? How are they selected?

any client team that built the entire ecosystem of Ethereum up and yet never got funded for their efforts aside from having to hunt for grants 

surprising because those people are the giants we stand on and deserve so much. 

Yet crypto has funded more ICOs than core devs. IMO rpgf helps fix that problem.

good q! You can maximize chances by being able to prove impact. No set limit but I would wait for the next round if you just deployed (but that’s just my opinion!)
