Absolutely, culture isn't something you can package and sell—it's woven through our daily lives, traditions, and stories. It's the essence of who we are and how we connect with each other. Reducing it to a commodity strips away its depth and meaning, distancing it from the real human experience.

I read this somewhere but I don't remember where but it said : The culture of a company is the feeling you have on a Sunday afternoon/evening. Do your employees look forward to coming to work on Monday, or do they feel anxious about it?
