"Spirituality is the journey of the alone to the alone." - Unknown We can add N number of people, where N is a large number to try and solve the problem. But, for non-group related therapy e.g., family therapy, the problem is individual in nature. Using N number of people or using AI to try and address the problem is simply a means to an end of a deeply personal experience... the walk into the alone.

As long as you have a phone, anything and everything can be paid using mobile money known as M-Pesa. The main point of friction is the KYC needed for onboarding onto the system.

A relative committed suicide today, unfortunately. I am more worried about another relative's take on the situation, "How can he do this to us?" Even in death, there is no solace from judgment for him. And we wonder why mental health issues can be right in front of us but we don't see it? RIP.
