Another question about Degen L3. If $DEGEN is the native token, yet we are settling to Base/Ethereum, doesn't that mean constant sell pressure because we are constantly trading that DEGEN used in gas for ETH?

I used to think this but the reality is: 

- Market doesn’t care because fees are so low 
- sell pressure of other chains via distributed inflation of tokens is likely worse anyway

yeah the biggest reason for gas in ETH is also an integrations thing. 

EG it would make it way easier for OpenSea and other teams to integrate + less user friction on bridging + less need for 3rd party dependencies (like relayers)

I feel like it would be much more powerful to have gas in ETH and use some % to buy back and burn the token, or even better to buy back and distribute the token with RPGF or grants
