Launch a good channel, share quality updates and insights from the team and ecosystem, bring in your core community, keep the channel clean and interested people will follow along and chip in. In order to take it to the next level, include the channel on your website in order for new community members to get the vibe and jump right into the community. (Not just a button, the real channel)

the way i think about it is 1. use the on-chain distribution & targeting capability (automated or via channels) to identify your early devs 2. get a good intern to shitpost & get brand visibility going Or better develop your own toolkit by learning about frames, actions, neynar APIs etc.

They must integrate with Warpcast structures of engagement, usage of frames for interaction should be top and more community inclined approach must be with engagement. Create a fun and interactive process with community growth focused.
