Geez, running a start-up is complicated. 

It seems like every day I find something new to learn- which is exciting, but it also means I have found a new thing to be really bad at, in the most public and high-pressure setting possible. 

It’s fun though! Like a big hyper dimensional logic puzzle.

Top three lessons: 
-better to delegate a task to someone who knows how than to do a mediocre job yourself
-deadlines are malleable, unforeseen complexity is a certainty
-one step at a time: break big goals into small tasks and keep moving forward. Do the next thing. 

Also IRL conferences are well worth the price.
