Are there any centralized exchanges CEXs for United States US users that support $ARIO?

Unfortunately Gate.io requires a non US ID. I'm researching if it's possible to sell a portion of quarterly staking rewards for $ETH or an ERC-20.

AOX seems like it does this. From a quick look AO doesn't seem to have a trade feature.

Is $ARIO available on any exchanges now that mainnet has launched?

AOX @aox_xyz seems to be exactly what I'm looking for, for the last step after trading $ARIO for $wAR on @Permaswap to unwrap to $AR or $USDC.
