Are there any centralized exchanges CEXs for United States US users that support $ARIO?

Unfortunately Gate.io requires a non US ID. I'm researching if it's possible to sell a portion of quarterly staking rewards for $ETH or an ERC-20.

you can use DAI / stETH and instead of AO get $ARIO or other ecosystem fair launch tokens

AOX seems like it does this. From a quick look AO doesn't seem to have a trade feature.
