All right all right all right. Now the real work begins. Artober is upon us. As mentioned before, the art community will be our first collective focus. I have some ideas but I’d really like to hear from everyone. Please reply to this cast with your suggestions on how we can support various artists and art communities using our collective moxie and degen power. The ideas can be specific as to which artist or they can be general ideas that could be applicable to any artists or project. Feel free to nominate any specific artist or project, even if it’s your own. And it can fall into any art category. Photography, NFTs, music, film, etc. FYI this will be my last post of the night GN GN. Excited to see y’all’s ideas. See you tomorrow.

Daily Artist Feature: Highlight one artist each day in your channel or any of your choosing, showcasing their work and sharing their story. This could be someone from the community, an emerging or an underrated artist. (first recommendation is @bstract ) Artist AMA (Ask Me Anything) Sessions: Invite artists to participate in Q&A sessions where the community can interact with them directly. there’s one person that i’ll recommend for this because i’d like to hear a lot of the stories behind her art (@ticklish-art.eth )

first would suggest starting by highlighting some of the casters who do a terrific job highlighting artists on the timeline every day @aaronrferguson.eth @zachlipp & @jonathancolton are always raising up artists and their work. second suggestion would be consider running some raffles for artists and either use a few channel token sales or daily/weekly $Degen tipping to pay for the artists who are selected for their work. third would be to consider gifting of fan tokens for specific artists - or would be fun to do a raid style token spree where we group together to buy (and lock) an artist of the week or something to both simultaneously draw attention to their work and also reward them and their fan base who are supporting moxie.

Ok big bro I got you with some suggestions: > weekly/biweekly space (farhouse/vibra) to let 1/2 artists tell us their story everytime (we can also devolve 100% of the moxie earned by the space to the artists) > a commemorative collection where the interviewed artists will drop a piece for people to mint > community effort to raid art from artist (help them get a little bag) instead of memes or “how much did you made today” posts on X > possibly some mints with Moxie tokens on marketplaces that allows it For now I have these, but generally speaking you are in a position where if you say: “everyone, this is the Moxie artist of the day, dump all your moxie on him/her” people will do it. So why not start there? Sounds simple to just do a QC imho

I think since art is diverse you might have to group the awards into different categories e.g art, music, photography etc ps it would be nice to also have an award for best amateur photographers to give people the motivation to explore those skill sets more

This has always been an art-enthusiastic space, and it’s only right that art and artists are appreciated and supported That said, i recommend that support should be directed to artists in /degen-art by @trebor69 There are also great photographers in /itookaphoto and /superrare I think we should try to get them into some form of contests are exhibition, in which they show their best works, and all should be done in /bigenergy

Artistic challenges could be launched by proposing different concepts and encouraging artists, not only professionals, but also amateurs for their motivation, to participate. For example: "stripes" and publishing art or photographs where stripes or the idea itself predominate. I think it can be nice in addition to getting more followers

Welcome Uptober and Artober, as you mentioned above that art is limitless, including the art of making videos, in this case video content creators. As a content creator on Youtube and other social media since 2018, I am very excited to hear this from you. I see that currently video content creators are underappreciated on WP, they only see artists such as painters, drawing, photography, but rarely pay attention to video content creators. You are right to seek everyone's opinion because it is together that we can build a more noble guideline for art in this space. I have been very active here since February, and here is my observation about art here. There are many channels with tipping and few constructive comments, little description, no curation, and everything happens in specific channels; it’s a system that is far too closed off. I wanted to break out of this confinement because few artists looked at what was happening outside their channel, and for me, artists should also be interested in others if they want us to be interested in them and their works. In March, I found that there were incredible artists, so I started creating daily art by visiting about ten channels and selecting artists based on my tastes and feelings. I always included a little note to present a work or an artist because for me, selecting artists without any content makes no sense. I stopped due to a lack of time, but I discovered amazing artists.
