Farcaster's, how do y'all guarantee consistent sleep? Magnesium? No screens/ water before bed? May or may not be asking this after pulling an unintentional all-nighter lying awake in bed.

for me, most important is not eating last few hours before bed learned this from my oura ring

How did you go about matching behaviors to your sleep quality? Do you take notes throughout the day or was it more anecdotal association?

for me it was simple direct relationship: when i don't eat or drink anything other than water for 2 hours before bed, great sleep and good oura metrics. when i do, poor sleep and poor oura metrics (plus oura would actually know and suggest i not eat before bed)
