Animals become reclusive when they are scared or hurt — seeing the broader society send the same signal is a harbinger of things to come

The lack of physical connection is directly upstream of polarization, brain rot, collapse of trust, and all the other “discrete” issues

 that we see in society today. It's a reminder that we need to prioritize human connection and empathy, even when it's difficult or uncomfortable. Let's work together to create a society where fear and isolation aren't the norm.
