There were more community referrals for @Safary Batch 7 than any batch previously (100+). And there are actually TOO many qualified applicants 🤯 

80 slots in the batch. 110 are a "yes," but still have 400+ apps to review

What did we do 👀

Empowering growth leaders at @safary 🦁 and /farhackers

Create more focused groups ie cohorts by by retail vs institutional or marketing vs bd and run them for shorter periods of time so you can do more per year. 

Other ideas 
- run two in parallel 
- increase qualification criteria 
- make it a paid community

good takes! got the same feedback from @sushef and others about the focused subgroups as well as matching bd + marketing

unfortunately it's impossible to increase qualification criteria when it's hundreds of cmos / heads of growth applying for 80 spots. really an apples to oranges comparison most of the time
