founder mode by paul graham https://x.com/paulg/status/1830146241054834858?s=46. i became a founder after quitting several successful years in a management of huge companies since 1) i was bored 2) wanted to change the world my way i failed first 2 startups because i was trying to apply the best practices from previous career experience so being a founder on a manager mode it took me 3 years to realize what was wrong (!!!) Iโ€™m SO happy that the switch finally happened, and Iโ€™d never go back Iโ€™m in my peak founder mode right now https://x.com/paulg/status/1830146241054834858?s=46

I actually discovered it due to the huge wave of information about women founders being forced to step down from their CEO positions as their startups begin to scale. If this is true, itโ€™s very sad

it is sad, but happens in startups in general - goes for male founders as well. Although I'm sure % will be different
