Smth that i’ve been doing in the last few months - celebrating wins myself before sharing online. Since being chronically glued to screens, we constantly share our achievements on social media: posting photos, talking about our success, but also expecting likes and acknowledgement. Next time, when you overcome a new peak, complete a project, receive positive feedback, or just do something cool - celebrate it yourself first. Come up with your own ritual. A victory dance, coffee alone in the park, little trip (anything but not related to shopping, food or alcohol). Don’t rush to share with the world or close ones, give your brain the chance to register that success does NOT equal recognition from others.
