100% yes! On every more significant project, launch, or feature - the goal is to compare assumptions vs reality after things happened and also - because features or GTM activities are often loosely defined, it is needed to capture evolution of the thinking during the launch or even dev process nothing builds your team memory library better than regular retrospectives
