The very first thing every smart marketer does (or should do) when joining a new project or company is 

TO BUY decent MIC and CAMERA for all founders, or even the whole team.

You have no idea how annoying it is to see blurred people or hear them like out of a can for an hour or 30mins long meeting. Not to mention podcast. 

It's just a few bucks that will give you a lifetime of better-than-average impressions on podcasts, zoom calls, etc.

I do agree here - it's such a pain to be in online meetings with bad audio :(
