over the past couple of days there's been a new element on farcaster that we haven't seen much before: a project attacking another project and its founders to try to bolster its own position i want to be really clear: 1. I will defend Moxie and our team and our track record as serious builders forever and forever with vigor 2. No one needs to tear anyone else down to build yourself up. It may produce near term gains but it wont win in the long term 3. As we've said from day 0, our ambition with Moxie is to be the financial layer of Farcaster in a positive-sum way that enables everyone to win together. We will not rest and we will not waver on that mission.

Par for the course here @betashop.eth , seen it many times and its tired af. If farcaster succeeds we all get elevated. Seen this many times in the construction business, contractors acting like there is only one job available.. when it’s a plentiful universe

Jason, sorry to hear that you're going through this... it's no small thing to see the way that $Ⓜ️ empowers kindness in this ecosystem - this belated /fanfriday drop of 69 $DEGEN (and the offer of an NFT gift if you collect on Tezos) is just a tiny example of it - there are big accounts like @bigdegenenergy.eth that are doing a lot more... the common feature is how Moxie enables, encourages, and rewards a form of community building that I haven't seen before during my 3 years in the Web3 space. Onward and upward!

I was surprised to learn that moxie had nothing to do with maxi tbh a mascot with a new name in a space where everything is tokenized, did you really not foresee that something like this would happen? not a big deal, but I do think it affects the project's reputation for people who aren't up to date with memecoins
