Use Moxie to launch a Composer Action / Frame that rewards the best answer

Best answer within time period, based on Cast Scores (social capital) of users who like the replies

Rewards automatically split between caster, caster's fans, channel fans, FC network fans

I think something like this would work best in a Reddit-like or Quora-like Farcaster client and upvotes. Channels are already like subreddits, so shouldn't be too difficult.

What about a "count method" of the social capital value (SCV) of the reply casts, rather than SCS of the likers?
