Genuinely curious — what do people think of Harris not having done an interview or press conference since becoming the presumptive nominee?

smart. She’s being defined by he crowds and the memes rather than the media. Her team must feel like she needs a bit of time to get comfortable in the role of nominee before she’s ready. It’s paying off well right now and because she’s doing so well in the public there’s not much pressure on her to do ofherwise. She will eventually though.

If we’re being a candid, a lot of these same critics thought it was a good strategy for Trump to skip the Republican debates.

She’s just 3 weeks into ramping a campaign up from nowhere for goodness sake. I am sure it takes time to formalize your policy while also traveling, picking a running mate and doing rallies every day. She wants to make sure that her policies are what the people actually want (vs an 800 page playbook of what we don’t want from the other side). And she can test some of that in the rallies. She will be doing interviews soon. Probably before the debate and at the convention. There’s plenty of time between now and November for her to do interviews.
