Sell them a horse that goes faster, is more reliable, never sleeps, eats, or s***$.

That's what I call the "Simpler, Faster, Better" sales pitch :-) Love it!

The early stage of articulating a vision is messy. It's better to not try and paint the full picture. Start from the listener's current state expectations and speak to the incremental changes from there. 

Its why "Uber for X" is a powerful heuristic.

Would love to hear the context for learning that lesson today, if you're able to share some details.

Using the language of your customers is so important. There is a huge difference in reception when you talk about crypto or you talk about Digital Assets with institutionals. Words matter.
