Love it! Feel like @ace was speaking to this point a few days ago too, around iterating early since people don't really know what they want.

The early stage of articulating a vision is messy. It's better to not try and paint the full picture. Start from the listener's current state expectations and speak to the incremental changes from there. 

Its why "Uber for X" is a powerful heuristic.
