It all depends on how you're being treated in both of these teams. If worst team's member don't acknowledge you're the best, it can be very frustrating, and if best team's member stigmatize you for being the weakling, it can also turn into a horrible experience.

Worst on best is anyone who wants to personally grow(positive) but Best on Worst could be someone that is confident and competent(positive) or just confident(negative). So I think a follow up of "and why" is definitely needed

Curious how you evaluate the answers. I'm surprised anyone would want to be "best player on worst team" since worst teams typically go nowhere, but maybe the fact that people do choose that option makes it a great filter.
