When you read these words, what comes to mind?

2. "Radical transparency"

The only reason you need to add “radical” to something is because you acknowledge that the rest of the time whatever it is, is a farce.

People using it are either (a) revealing that they just regurgitate information, or (b) are otherwise not transparent or honest

100%. My instinctive reaction as well. No need to use fancy language if actually real. "Unfiltered" and "lack of filter" is a better term.
