Intriguing. But, in general, deals run to money. Money typically has a long line of enthusiastic deal flow - as well as a network that delivers pre-qualified deals.

Tinkering with something here. Toughest parts of venture- funding the best deals and convincing them to take your money. Looking to solve for both and the reverse pitch is part of it.

would just need to find a fix for founders who sign up with no intensions of agreeing just for funds. maybe the fees collected from sessions stay in escrow until a deal is reached?

probably wouldn't be too hard. pay a small fee to kick off the process to avoid spam. founder agrees to a session. both sign on chain or something that the session started. both sign at end. investor submits terms in writing. founder agrees or declines. found gets fee no matter what.
