Hell of a run. Planning to hold for a while and could see a potential squeeze given the following: 1- already hard to borrow with some brokers 2 - expecting big Q1 numbers (may be slightly priced in) 3 - citron research with short COIN/ long BTC 4- big individual holder base 5 - Base, VC portfolio , + intl expansion

One of the best things I’ve discovered on FC so far is @fairmint thanks to @andyjagoe Super interesting model! Hoping to better understand. A couple ? To start Direct issuers- how is it one line on cap table without an SPV? What are limitations/restrictions on secondary? GP- still leveraging FM transfer agent?
