I think you miss the main point of web3 and decentralization. 

- How do you expect independent users when they not familiar with these terms? 

- How do you expect them to build/develop web3 or a specific product if we don't speak the same language?

What timeframe you got in mind ?

I’d say 15+ years

Everything just needs to work seamlessly. I'm working on a new hardware wallet that uses Shamir Secret Sharing to save your seed phrase, so that the average Joe can benefit from self custody without having to take care of a single piece of paper. Also has major implications in case the owner unfortunately passes away.
