I grew up learning not to take career risks. Be a doctor (was pre-med) or work way up a mega corp (joined AIG)

I didn't feel taking risks was available until my husband @wwarren who grew up having an entrepreneur dad encouraged me it's an option

Feel very lucky to be able to and feel comfortable with taking risks

Transition was applying to my first startup which was Coinbase. It wasn't scary and I was really excited, just felt like I genuinely learned about a whole new world that wasn't even on my radar before
