Simple. 

In a digital where we are just getting to know each other, founders should be asking: “who is this human and can I trust them to have my back when $*** hits the fan?”

One of the first things I look for when scoping out a potential substantial investment is integrity from the team leading it. Early signs of moral failure are usually a bad omen. People don’t need to be perfect but if they’re spiteful, vindictive, arrogant - no, thanks.

People forget founders/CEOs are just human, and often just need someone to talk to about the good & bad.

Agreed - at the end, it's all about human connection. 
Even on the internet and the crypto space. 
Build a following and you will find success.
