I’ve been reading about trauma lately, speaking as a basically low/no-trauma person (afaik) and one of my conclusions is that the majority of the world is low-grade trauma-driven and it manifests as being in war mode by default, peace mode by exception. Guess I’m rather lucky in having the reverse orientation.

I read half the book “the body keeps the score” before getting the basic idea and quitting Now reading a book “it didn’t start with you” by his student that’s more epigenetics based

I'd recommend the book Cell Talk: Talking to your Cell(f) by John Upledger. I think the part that stood out to me was the description of when he touched a spine during surgery and felt a pulsing rhythm in it. He could later feel it more subtly from outside the body and adjust it with craniosacral therapy.
