Most important question I ask myself: am I/my team spending the right amount of time on the most impactful and important thing. Always millions of competing priorities, many of which don't lead to pmf, so need to aggressively prioritize at every turn

Each week, ask: 1. What did you learn last week, how does this update your priors? 2. Based on this, what do you think is the most important problem to solve this week? 3. What's blocking you from solving that problem? 4. How do we overcome that block?

1. I am addressing which pain points or issues of users? 2. Who is the target audience of my product? I think 1st time founder should focus to do product discovery to clarify the idea you following.
