1/3 This week we were finally able to meet with the municipality's parks manager and we discovered that what we know as a park is not a park. They explained to me that it was a small beach, but the neighbors used tires as containment, filled it with dirt and put trees. The municipality is not responsible for that park and that explains the abandonment; Those responsible apparently are the sailors because it is the shore of a river.

It was the original plan, but after going to ask for authorization it seems that we will not be able to have a formal authorization, that is why we are talking with the neighborhood association for another park that this week we confirmed and uploaded photos.
(although we will not be able to formally obtain permission for the river park, we will still clean it and continue helping to maintain it, especially since it is in this limbo where there is no authority to take responsibility)

Sorry for the delay, yes we already found a park that is next to a social headquarters, this week we spoke with the neighborhood association and presented the project to see if they think so, we will be letting you know what happens💪 🐝
