Curiosities around the world: South Korean professor Cho Jae-weon invented a toilet that converts poop into energy and rewards users in digital currency. Users earn "Ggool," or as crypto community would like to say "sh*t coin." The system works like this: an average person produces about 500g of waste per day, which converts into roughly 50 liters of methane gas, generating around 0.5 kWh of energy. lol 😂 looks like this project failed. They made a brand toilet for this purpose so I guess people would use that. If you search the toilet brand name there is nothing on internet :(
