Ingredients Tuscan chicken orzo 
- orzo 
- chicken
- white onion 
- garlic 
- spinach 
- tomato 
- tomato paste (optional) 
- basil 
- chicken stock 
- cream
- parm 

Olive oil on cast iron. Season chicken. Remove chicken. Deglaze with garlic and onion and tomato paste. Throw in tomatos and orzo. Stir a bit. Put in the chicken stock. Cover for 10 mins. Stir in spinach and basil. Then stir in cream and parm.

Ingredients for blueberry compote
- blueberries 
- maple syrup 
- sugar 
- water 
- lemon 

Heat half blueberries, sugar, lemon juice and zest, and maple syrup in a pan. Let it get mushy. Then put the other half in and wait for it to get mushy. Ur done

This sounds very tasty. I find it very hard to find orzo or pastina in Japan.
