The attached video shows RFK Jr. dropping a ton of methylene blue into his water. Methylene blue is a popular supplement among the anti-establishment health crowd for a variety of reasons that would take a full blog post to get into. It won't kill you if you take it and for the most part seems fairly benign; although the dose makes the poison, and I have seen some say they do not recommend long term continued/daily use. The craziest part of this video is that RFK was dumping so much methylene blue in his water it even made the methylene blue stans say "whoa".

Hey thanks, I saw the post going viral and many comments. I heard Mel Gibson as well on Joe Rogan about this but I still have my doubts in this thing and not even 100% if RFK Jr was actually taking this or smth else blue. Before when I was a child, when we used to go to dentist they will use this and as a child I thought is so cool to have blue mouth and lips haha.
