I have onboarded I think three people so far, they seem to not understand the platform and don’t have patience to grow an account from scratch. And mind you they work in crypto exchanges, so a bit sad they couldn’t feel the value as I do

Don’t know where or how to start, who to follow, where to cast. Also When they casted got really low engagement nearly to zero. I know you gonna say they should cast interesting things haha but this is just a feedback I got from them.
