Happy 12 Days of Christmas! In Japan, a sneaky KFC franchise owner convinced an entire generation that Americans ate KFC and Christmas Cake on Christmas Day. Hint, we donβt, but itβs HUGE business in Japan! I got to enjoy some right before I left and it was quite yummy! KFC in Japan is way better than KFC in America!

Oh, thatβs a tough one. Thanksgiving is probably 80% Turkey, but Christmas can be very dependent by family traditions. Turkey, Ham, Roast, or a family favorite dish is probably the highlight of the meal. Many families also have special side dishes that only come out of the holidays.
