It's a hot and humid Sunday in Japan, and I almost forgot to share my latest article on female samurais in Japan. I made a correction in the article, thanks to a suggestion from @eiteengo regarding the story of Musashi Miyamoto and the Tokyo Skytree. Initially, I wrote that the Skytree is a tribute to 'Musashi,' reflecting the ancient Japanese pronunciation of 6 (mu), 3 (sa), and 4 (shi). I mentioned that the Skytree stands as both an architectural marvel and a homage to Musashi's legacy in the province bearing his name. However, upon reviewing Japanese references, it became clear that this is more of a rumor than a fact. I apologize for the misinformation and will ensure to double-check my facts in the future 🙇‍♀️ !

This is a very interesting article. I am Japanese. I often see samurai in manga, dramas, and movies. However, I had never thought about or seen female samurai before. Thank you for providing a new perspective. とても興味深い記事ですね 私は日本人です 漫画やドラマ、映画などで侍を見ることは多いです。 しかし、女性の侍について考えたことや見たことはありませんでした。 新たな視点を提供してくれてありがとうございます
