Hi Paul I'm a medical practitioner and work 2 jobs I totally love reading books and that always made me feel like I'll be really good at writing But then I tried and it really brought me down because I felt I wasn't good enough I just thought if I read books soo much I can be good at writing So basically I have 2 questions A) How can we try to juggle our professional jobs and writing without giving up on 1 B) How do we continue to get motivation after a failed attempt at writing Thanks for your future replies

1. I dont know, I didnt write very much while working full-time - only did when i wasnt busy at jobs 2. Theres no way through this but through. just find some way to commit and keep going. the first phase of writing is hard - you are so afraid of what people thing - i went through it too. but then go long enough and most people are like "wait how do i get an audience now?"
