Just for fun, did another set of zurchers with a 35lb kb on the left side and a 53lb on the right side (because I’m short on plates) this is 273lbs Why? Because you need to be strong in any position your body can get into, not just the perfect positions

Safety is in your preparation, as in is my body prepared to handle what I’m about to throw at it. So in this case, yes :)

Read your initial statement again so it's not like these are actual ideal positions that should be done right (like your elbow and back positions in the video)

Depends on what you mean by ideal. I want to be the most functionally capable I can be, because my hobbies demand it. For me these are optimal positions as I find myself in them IRL. For example zurchers, we have lots of logs on our property, I need to move them often and logs don’t tend conform to perfection like gym equipment does. Zurchers make it possible to move heavy things that are awkward more easily

Ohh I get now your form of exercise is totally because of your line of work Sheesh I totally misunderstood I thought you worked out for the build and all that like others that's why I was questioning your form and techniques. Please just to clarify then what's your job title

Im one of the founders of a project doing self banking things. In a previous life I got paid to snowboard. In between then and now I’ve done a lot of different things, some physical, some mental, some had both. Life is crazy

As much as life is crazy I don't get to explore a lot of things because my job is really limiting 😮‍💨 It was nice to talk to you tonight Devin(or not) you strike as a pretty cool guy😎🤩
