If you can pay for a good teacher. Have an abundance of free time. Have very well set boundaries for your children. 

For many it would become a madhouse of no rules.

One point @naval made that was interesting is that it only takes 1 year to catch up on k-12 education if you don’t go. Really makes you question the effectiveness of school.

I think in general or if you didn’t go to school then went to college.

He’s talking about the unschooled and that those who are unschooled if they go to college it takes them 1 year to catch up @linda

if you didn't go to school you're not making that gap up in 1 year
