Instead of in regards to a single project, how are you doing overall?

rn I don't feel much burn out, I think it's more about spending some time without laptop or phone, better to do something active - if you'r restricted to do that because of the deadline, meeting or whatever - I'd be burned out in a week I think already

the processes in the project play a key role in here + the project itself have to be meaningful + the team has to be aligned on values
